As a valued CERT graduate, you are invited to a CERT Refresher course.

“CERT Team Success” is an adaptation of an advanced FEMA CERT course that helps create successful CERT Teams by understanding the roles and responsibilities of both Team Leaders & Team Members, the different styles of leadership for CERT Teams, and which styles should be used for different situations.

This refresher helps those who are already working with Neighborhood CERTs become better contributing members of the team, and prepares those not yet affiliated with a particular neighborhood to effectively join a new team and understand the team dynamics.
